Zásady vrácení peněz

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us using our form with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Send the calendar back with its contents, protected for transport.

Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy at no cost to you. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We refund within 14 days after your cancellation notice, but may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

EU customers retain their statutory withdrawal and conformity rights. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; any handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may reduce the refund to reflect a loss in value.
